To learn how to drive safely and sustainably with these 50-tonnes payload trucks, the truck drivers got half a day theory training in a classroom and half a day 1 on 1 practical training. The BAS Mining Trucks trainer joined the team of mechanics for two weeks to provide them training on the job. There were two training periods: first time at the delivery of the trucks and second time when first service was carried out.
